Canceling Course Hero Subscription from An IOS Device
You can only cancel the subscription from your iTunes account if you upgraded your account using the Course Hero iOS app. Regardless of which device you upgraded from, you can cancel it from any iOS device, including your iPhone or iPad. The only requirement is that you must be logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription.

The menu will appear; select “Payments and subscriptions” from the list.
Click on “Subscriptions” to continue.
Open “Course Hero” from the list of subscriptions that appears. Next, select “Cancel Subscription.” There will be a confirmation message. If you’re sure, tap “Cancel.”
You will revert to a Basic account if you cancel the Course Hero subscription. Your Course Hero account won’t be deleted as a result. If you’re a premier member, even if you want to delete your account from the platform, you can’t do it until you stop paying for it.
Additionally, the files you upload to Course Hero remain after you delete your account there. You must get in touch with the Course Hero team in order to remove the documents.
