The projector is fantastic. My children love it and I bought it for their room… during the day. While they’re attempting to fall asleep, it’s a little bright for them. Also, my 2-year-old likes to look directly into it and/or shine it at his brother, who is 9 months old. We had to move it to the living room because the nebula alone is so bright and there are lasers being used for the stars, but it still works great and seems to last. The product looks just as vibrant and strong in person as it does in the advertisements and reviews, which relieved my concern that they had been altered or filtered.

A Wonderful Experience For Any Kid.

One of the best presents I’ve ever bought for our grandchildren is this one! They enjoy lying in bed and gazing at the galaxy at night since I bought two. Their ages are 8 and 10. A priceless asset is the astronaut himself. Include this on your list of holiday presents for kids, and they’ll all be happy. in comparison to others, so inexpensive.

Avoid ordering from a fake website. So that you can’t find the charge, they will bill you under a different name. I placed my order in December 2021, and Astro Alan has yet to arrive. Customer service was contacted, but they never got back to me.

Absolutely Horrific- Scam

I ordered an Astro Alan for my son in early November because it seemed like a reputable company and I knew he would adore it, but the tracking never ever worked, and emails that had initially been friendly and helpful stopped being answered. Considering the other reviews, I have no chance of ever receiving this or a refund. The worst part is that I was even more disappointed because I knew Teddy would love it to pieces!

Scam Website

They would receive a score of zero stars if I could. These people are thieves, so DON’T SHOP HERE. They accept your order, collect your payment, and never provide a tracking ID. In January 2022, I placed an order for an Astro Alan; as of this July, I still haven’t received it. I was sent a confirmation email when I placed the order, letting me know that I would receive a tracking number shortly. Of course, I never received a tracking number. They have received multiple emails from me, but they never reply. Go to Amazon instead, where they are less expensive and more likely to arrive, and save your money.

No Product Received! From December

I would have given it if there were 0 points, but not this time. I ordered the item before Christmas, but it was lost. They never respond to my emails and don’t accept blame for a product they were unable to deliver. Absolutely do not purchase anything, which I never advise!!! Such a terrible company is impossible to exist. If you do not fix this issue, I will share it on my accounts with a lot of followers all the time.
